Who provides the service
AI Interview Prep Pack is provided by ESTENSSORO INTERIOR DESIGN LLC. For orders or support, contact aiinterviewprep.help@gmail.com.
What you purchase
For US$39, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout, you receive one personalized English-language PDF for one candidate and one job opening. It includes answer drafts, role-specific practice questions, a self-guided mock interview plan, and a quick-reference sheet. This is a one-time purchase. A live coaching session is not included.
Your information
After payment, complete the intake form with a readable CV, the full job description, your interview stage, and the requested examples. Provide accurate information you are entitled to share. Remove unnecessary personal details and confidential information belonging to other people or employers. Incomplete information delays the start of the delivery period.
Preparation and delivery
We use AI to assist with drafting, followed by personal human review. Preparation starts only after the one-hour cancellation window has ended and we have complete information. Delivery is by email within 24 hours after both payment and complete intake have been received. The cancellation hour is included in that period.
Using your pack
The pack is for your personal interview preparation. Adapt answer drafts to your own voice and verify that they accurately reflect your experience. Do not present invented or inaccurate claims as facts. The service does not guarantee particular questions, an interview, a job offer, or employment.
Revisions, cancellations and refunds
One minor revision requested within 7 days of delivery is included. You can cancel within 1 hour of payment for a full refund. Read our Refunds & revisions policy for the full scope, remedies for errors or non-delivery, and applicable exceptions.

Consumer rights and updates
These terms do not exclude or restrict rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Any mandatory cancellation rights or remedies take priority. The terms presented when you purchase apply to that order; future updates apply to future purchases.
