Who is responsible
ESTENSSORO INTERIOR DESIGN LLC provides AI Interview Prep Pack and is responsible for the customer information it collects for this service. Contact aiinterviewprep.help@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.
Information we use
We collect your name, email address, CV, job description, interview details, intake answers, order information, and support correspondence. Please do not submit identification documents, financial account details, or confidential information belonging to others. Payment card details are entered into Stripe, not the intake form.
Why we use it
We use your information to process your order, prepare and deliver your pack, handle revisions and support, prevent misuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performing the service you request, applicable legal obligations, and legitimate interests in providing secure service and resolving disputes, as appropriate.
Service providers and AI
Tally collects intake information and uploaded files. Stripe processes payments. ChatGPT by OpenAI assists with drafting, and Gmail by Google supports correspondence and PDF delivery. Our website hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver the site. Relevant professional information is shared with the AI tool; we minimize unnecessary identifying details. A person reviews the pack before delivery. We use ChatGPT with model-improvement sharing disabled for new conversations used to prepare packs.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell your CV or use it for advertising. Information is shared with providers as needed to operate the service, or where required by law. Providers may process information outside your country of residence under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
We delete CVs and preparation files from our active working storage 30 days after delivery, including intake files in Tally and relevant ChatGPT work conversations and uploaded files. This cleanup is performed manually. We also remove working copies and attachments under our control. Necessary transaction and support records may be kept longer for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. A legal preservation obligation may require retaining specific records. Provider backups and residual copies are subject to the provider’s own deletion schedules; this is not a promise of immediate erasure from every backup.
Your choices and requests
Email aiinterviewprep.help@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights, including restriction, objection, portability, or a complaint to a data protection authority. Asking us to delete information needed for an unfinished pack may prevent completion; applicable refund rights remain unchanged.
